Wedding Ideas & Inspiration ...

So ... with Christmas over and the New Year about to begin, I thought I would share some great blogs I have found inspirational and useful and not to mention packed full of great tips and ideas.
If you got engaged over Christmas ... a huge congratulations to you and happy planning!

Being inspired by all things vintage, JunkShopBride is currently my most favourite blog. Creator, Penny, (Tino and Pip Photographers) blogs a few times a week and I wait patiently for the next blog every day! Inspired by her passion for pre-loved treasures, Penny features all sorts of fabulous inspiration from vintage, shabby chic and DIY to help with the planning of your special day. So if vintage is your thing ... make sure you read Penny's latest post on heirloom bouquets!

Mission2Wed is a lovely blog by bride to be, Gemma, who is having fun blogging about things she comes across while planning her wedding for May 2011. Planning her special day THEIR way ... there is loads of useful articles to read about planning your wedding and one that comes to mind is this one about Creating a Focal Point ... such a great tip!

The best one for the guys out there has to go to I am Staggered ... Dare I say the only site full of advice for blokes? Andrew, editor of the fabulous site for blokes, is funny and witty and will have you in stitches ... especially if you're a guy getting married!

Well the list above is by no means exhaustive ... they are just my current favourites.
Other great blogs inlcude:
English Wedding  ... Written by Claire (founder of the Ethical Pledge)
Whimsical Wonderland Weddings ... Written by the lovely Lou
Boho Bride ... Written by another bride to be, Sarah

Until next time ...

PS: Thanks for the fabulous screen-shot Penny! Couldn't have done it without you x
